Our mission at RMC is to quickly, and cost-effectively provide professional, durable, and lasting powder coat solutions for your project, while maintaining a prompt and professional experience for your metal finishing needs.
As Seattle’s premier powdercoaters for over 23 years, our unique and affordable process includes:
· Starblast® sandblast pre-treatment: this is the process for removing all existing paint and / or corrosion from the object. This also provides a slight etch to the metal, resulting in excellent adhesion to the powdercoating that follows.
· Epoxy Powdercoat primer: this step provides lasting resistance to the outdoor elements, helps cover defects or flaws in metals, and provides lasting performance for the topcoat. While not required for indoor projects, it is highly recommended, and is mandatory for outdoor applications.
· Powder Topcoat: Choose from thousands of colors, including texture, metallic, transparent, RAL®, high-heat, and other options! Visit our showroom for more options. We also are able to accurately custom match colors!
· Protective packaging: At RMC, we ensure your parts will not be damaged during transport. All parts are well packaged in foam, and palletized where possible.
